“Beautiful dress but comes up small. I wear 14-16 and the 16 wouldn’t even look on me. I would have had to go up at least two sizes! Gutted as I skate and the style of this dress was so lovely.”

“I love the dresses. I've been buying them for years and often get compliments from strangers. (Size 20 for reference) but I hate the website. I want to be able to filter. I don't want to look at things that dont fit me. I thought with the new website it would be better but disappointed. shame”

“Unfortunately this dress was a very poor fit. Did not sit on my shoulders and gaped badly under the arm holes. I checked my measurements on your site first and ordered the appropriate size. It was probably at least a size too small despite all my other clothes from other retailers being a better fit and a size smaller.”

“Have purchased a couple of dresses now and have loved them both! I had a slight problem with one after I washed it but the customer service I received was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful range of dresses and great customer service will make me a returning customer that's for sure”

“I have been a fan for many years, and unfortunately, my observation is that quality is declining and sizing gets less and less consistent. This year I had to return a few of my orders for either quality or size. In my current order, the Lyra and Maisie dresses fit well, but Bexley is too small, even though they are all a size 16.”
