“I have bought a number of tea dresses from LadyV- the dresses are beautiful and fit perfectly. I have needed to return one dress and customer service has been excellent. “I was really disappointed with the Eva dress, in festive red that I ordered, the colour was not the vibrant red portrayed on the website, it was really dull and almost brown, nor was the dress particularly well made, there were stretch marks on all the seams where they have been sewn making the fabric appear white along them. I have ordered beautiful dresses from Lady V in the past so was very surprised to receive something of such poor quality.”

“Beautiful dress but comes up small. I wear 14-16 and the 16 wouldn’t even look on me. I would have had to go up at least two sizes! Gutted as I skate and the style of this dress was so lovely.”

“I love the dresses. I've been buying them for years and often get compliments from strangers. (Size 20 for reference) but I hate the website. I want to be able to filter. I don't want to look at things that dont fit me. I thought with the new website it would be better but disappointed. shame”

“Unfortunately this dress was a very poor fit. Did not sit on my shoulders and gaped badly under the arm holes. I checked my measurements on your site first and ordered the appropriate size. It was probably at least a size too small despite all my other clothes from other retailers being a better fit and a size smaller.”

“Have purchased a couple of dresses now and have loved them both! I had a slight problem with one after I washed it but the customer service I received was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful range of dresses and great customer service will make me a returning customer that's for sure”
