“I now own 9 dresses from Lady V, seven of which are the tea dress in different patterns, so that probably tells you all you need to know about what I think about them. The fabrics are so different and original compared to high street stores and I get compliments every time I wear one. The quality is excellent, my only downside is the moans I get from my husband that my Lady V wardrobe is taking over his wardrobe space!”

“Just brought my first dress, love the fabric and the style, the length was great, just perfect and I am tall so dresses coming up a bit too short has been a problem. If I had any negatives I would say that the bodice is way too short, especially for a lady with a larger bust such as myself, I found the underband taken up into the bust space which pulled the skirt up in a rather unflattering way, I would still wear it, but in a more casual environment then I had hoped. I might consider trying another style to see if this is a problem again but if it is, I would need to give this brand a pass as I don't feel as pretty and feminine in it as I would have hoped.”

“Lady Vintage are very helpful and prompt on delivery when I have ever purchased anything from them. Their sizes are accurate for modern figures, unusual in vintage style clothes, and always very comfortable to wear. As a full time crossdresser this obviously very important to me, and to the image I wish to portray.”

“I think the designs are really good although some further variation would be nice. Too many of them are similar in shape. Some fo the fabrics are really not very good. I have recently received an order and some of the dresses are just too synthetic feeling to replicate original vintage. This is a huge shame as these dresses are the more interesting designs. I am contemplating returning them to be honest as they just don't fit in with the ethos of my shop.”
