“I have been a Lady V lover for many years now, and own waaaaayyyyy toooooo many of their dresses! (More than I will ever admit to my husband!) I do really love them, but unfortunately, the quality and design seems to be deteriorating somewhat, which is SUCH a shame. The label inside often does not match up to the actual composition of the fabric, and the sizing is completely off recently...I end up returning as many as I buy, and it's always a bit of a lottery if 3 different dresses in the SAME SIZE are going to fit! Lady V appear to have sacrificed quality for quantity, and instead of making dresses in lots of different colourways, they appear to be making lots of different styles in a few colourways...meaning that it's hard to find one I like, and that will fit. I wish they would just go back to a few designs, lots of patterns in those styles, and keep doing what they do best - making gorgeous dresses for gorgeous girls.”

“Its a shame that I have to write a bad review as I love the brand but I have had a terrible experience with my first order. I have placed an order for 2 dresses on 9-04, 3 weeks long I didnt hear anything. I had to ask twice about any update and both times I got a standart message, kind of " thank you for your patience, we will check" but that was it. Finally some time later I got a message about a refund. Apparently 1 of 2 dresses was not in stock anymore, so I paid the postage fee just for 1 dress. If I knew that I wouldnt order. The order has been dipatched after several weeks, but now 3-05 and I still didnt receive my order. I am extremely disappointed.”

We are so sorry that your experience at Lady V has not been a positive one. COVID-19 did result in our customer service team having to work remotely, and our usual level of service did suffer as a result. We are now back up and running as normal, I can see your parcel has since been delivered and I have now processed a refund for the delayed delivery. Apologies again for any inconvenience and disappointment caused.

“I absolutely love this brand and have so many of their dresses, I am always complimented when I wear one. My only criticism is I wish the sizing was more consistent. I have just purchased 5 dresses all the same style day dress 4 of them fit perfectly in a size 10 but one needed to be a 12. I always have to order both 10’s and 12’s due to this and it’s so wasteful Of your postage costs having to return them”
