“I am absolutely in love with Lady V dresses. I bought one Elsie and one Hepburn and the prints were even better than in pictures. I have to say that the dresses fit extremely well and made an amazing figure but I would recommend sizing down when choosing Elsie. I absolutely loved the fabric and am sure I will buy more in the future. Dresses came quickly and without any problems. When I had a question, it was answered very soon and the contact person was very useful and friendly.”

“Still not had a refund sent back last Friday 7 Jan customer service Abby was wonderful and very helpful when explaining how to send back. Although I was charged £6 extra on my mobile for the call!!”

“I think the dresses I received order No 100261402 are lovely. Beautifully made and I really appreciate the long zip! No more struggling to get into the garment with very little wriggle room! The only thing I have issue with is the delivery time. I paid express delivery my order was on 13th December. I see that it left you on 15th. I phoned Skynet, London on 21st and it was finally dispatched on 22nd. So I didn't receive dresses until after Christmas. Somewhere along the line your couriers messed up.”

Hello, Unfortunately, we are unable to look in this specific case as you have left this review anonymously. However, we believe the wrong care label has been sewn into your dress, as far as we can tell this is a Swing dress which is a cotton/elastine blend fabric (97% cotton, 3% elastine). I apologise for the confusion and for the mixup with the tag, however the feel of the dress will confirm this is cotton :)

“Arrived really quickly, usual prompt service there. Quality of dresses very disappointing! Cheap, thin fabric used. Needed to wear a vest under as could see through! Cheap fabric for a not cheap dress!! Will be thinking twice before ordering again.”
