“We purchased our first ever caravan from Ladybailey in May. The service they gave from start to finish has been first class. Les the salesman left us in peace to look over the caravan and there was no hard sales pitch from him (although he held firm during price negotiations!). Nigel did a thorough hand over and we left confident we could set up and operate everything at our complimentary two night stay at Wareham Forest. When heading home we found we had a problem with our towbar electrics and, even though it was absolutely not related to the caravan, their service team went out of their way to try to resolve the issue for us. The lady in the shop (sorry, didn’t catch her name) was also very friendly, reassuring and helpful. Overall, a great team who do the company proud. We would highly recommend this Ladybailey and would definitely buy from them again in future.”

“We found all the staff very helpful when we bought our second hand caravan. Les was efficient in the sale along with his occasional jokes. The changeover was easy and Nigel excelled himself with the way he went into every detail of the new caravan - nothing was too much trouble. Although we did not make use of the 2 nights at Wareham Forest, when we did go away for 2 weeks we found no issues. We would highly recommend Lady Bailey Caravans.”
