“Ladderstore Limited were cheaper than most of other places and I still got a first class service. We love our Skylark electric loft ladder, as does everyone else who sees it and we were very impressed with it’s quality. I would definitely recommend this company, they’re very helpful.”

“excellent you had in stock support parts for a system we had put in back in the nineties. Your website made it easy to select the lock/catch correctly and we received in the post and fitted it myself all for 25.00. Local trades people were telling me I needed a whole new folding stairs system 250.00 plus. Congrats to yourselves and your manufacturer in Sweden for supporting their product in the field nearly 30 years later.”

“Very pleased with the ladder. I bought it for my 80 year old father, it’s very sturdy and gives him confidence if he does need to climb. The steps are plenty wide enough and the tool tray on top is very useful.”
