“Ordered a HoME PRo Lightweight Aluminium Platform Step 4 Tread ladder and it arrived on time, well packed. Appears to be a very good product for home use, light weight but very stable. Thank you to Ladderstore.”

“The staff were courteous and professional with our initial enquiry and the supply of the ladders was prompt. The product is excellent. Question: can I store these outside??”

You can store the ladders outside but they must be covered and stored off ground, they also must be regularly inspected for any signs of corrosion or damage. “Service was very quick. The ladder was as written on the website and feels far more safe and substantial than the one I fell off! Only comment is that a couple of extra nuts would have been helpful as when I attached the handrails. one of the nuts had no thread. Fortunately my son came to the rescue. Overall very satisfied.”
