“Although they sent the wrong ladder they were quick to respond and rectify the problem even though they were closed for Xmas break”

“Cannot believe that a replacement lock for my midmade loft hatch cost me nearly £50.00. I didn't have the option to buy a cheaper on as the midmade was the only one that would fit. However, it has replaced the broken one and saved me the expense of a whole new hatch. Couldn't fault the service I received from ladderstore however, easy to use website, product was just as described and delivered on time.”

Unfortunately the UK Midmade branch closed down a number of years ago now so we are one of the only suppliers to still import these from abroad. We are pleased to hear the access solution was solved with the catch and that you were happy with the service and that our website was easy to use and the product was as described and delivered on time.
