“Ordered a ladder handrail on Friday around 12:00 pm with a request of next day delivery. It has been arranged within 10 minutes via chat and followed up with a phone call from Meg. Payment taken, delivery scheduled but no tracking details. Contacted Ladderstore on Saturday afternoon and they have "entered their system" and informed me that the package has been left with neighbour. Good on you ladderstore as we would never know where the parcel is (courier did not leave a note). Job done - installed - thank you!”

“This firm is top class. Ordered a set of loft ladders that arrived two days later. Unfortunately, a bit of light damage occurred to one of the parts during shipping. I called and explained that because these are load bearing devices I wasn't happy about even a little damage. They apologised that they couldn't just send the damaged part and would have to send a completely new set of ladders. No extra cost, no request for returns. Unbelievable customer service and an excellent product. 10 out of 10”

“Delivery and Customer Services. Unfortunately I had Scandanavian Loft Ladders that were installed over fifteen years ago. When you went on to the manufacturers website, these were the only stockist. Part were expensive, but much cheaper than a new loft ladder.”

“Was looking for a stabiliser online and couldn’t find one. There was one on the Ladderstore site but I wasn’t able to buy it. When I phoned it was because there was only one left. They were so helpful as they sent it the next day after I paid online. Would definitely use them again.”
