“We Oder a door to be fitted at my mother house klg was not the cheepis but with all the good feed back I what to the show room and order the the we had to wait 5 to 6 week that’s was ok then the fitter came out it was a subcontractor witch I was told they don’t use so was not happy with that turn up in a batter old van then when he left I got home to see if mum like the door she said have a look it had marks all over it and they sent someone out and now got to wait for another door I would not use this company again as the service was shocking you mite as well go to a back street company”

Dear Mr Toop, we do apologise for any dissatisfaction that your mother has felt, we are always disappointed if our customers are unhappy with the service they receive from KLG Rutland. We always try to rectify any mistakes made and uphold the warranties we issue. We would also like to apologise for any misinterpretation regarding our installers, we run a mixture of employed and self-employed tradesmen, if someone has told you otherwise then they were misinformed, and we will rectify this. All of them are time served tradesman with MTC certification and appropriate vehicles for the trades they work in. There is no difference in the quality of work we or our customers should expect for any tradesman we engage. Regarding the door, this has been now replaced and we hope that you and your mother are happy with the new product. “This is the second occasion we have used KLG Rutland and have returned because we were very impressed first time around. The whole procedure of ordering, surveying and fitting our French Door went off like clockwork. The staff/fitters we came in contact with were really nice guys and a credit to the company. We are over the moon with our newly installed French Door with integral blinds which has enhanced our house no end. We are now in the process of ordering a new composite Front Door.”

“The finished installation is now faultless, the door was installed quickly, but confusion about making good a gap in the plaster left the door unfinished for another 24 hours. But credit where credit is due, they remedied the error immediately. A very impressive solution to an oversight, thank you fora great job.”

“FANTASTIC. We had been let down by another supplier and heard an advert on Rutland Radio so decided to give them a call, within a couple of days we had a visit from Graham who gave us some good advise and is clearly very experienced the same day we received a quote. From then on it was a seamless process, the time scales were spot on and they turn up when they say they will. We had 17 windows and double doors fitted, Eddie the fitter is like superman!! We are over the moon with the end result, the look of the cottage has completely changed, it is so much quieter and warmer. Thank goodness we found KLG they absolutely live up to their name of Amazing Glazing!!! Thank you so much.”

“3 sash at front of our house in cream; 2 at back of house in white. Salesman. Graham was pleasant and easy to talk to. Had good knowledge of the product and explained things well; business-like but not at all “pushy”. Sorted out all the paper-work efficiently. Installation. All five windows completed in 2 days. The fitters worked almost non-stop and were very efficient and friendly. All debris disposed of and things were left tidy. Windows. Sash-windows at front of house, in cream - they look great. Cream colour goes well with 1920’s house. Hard to tell if they are plastic or painted wood. White windows at back look good also. New windows have made rooms feel warmer and noise from outside is shut out. Very very pleased with KLG windows, staff and products. Would recommend them to anyone. The people in the showroom in Beeston were very helpful and informative. Many thanks from Valerie and Mike”

“Having never heard of KLG until we heard a radio AD, we decided to have a look. A new replacement front door was in our list. I had every intention of getting 3 quotes. Hubby & I visited Beeston showroom. From the moment we walked in we felt valued. The service was brilliant. After spending some time looking at doors and chatting to the sales guy, we placed our order. We didn’t even bother with any other quotes. On installation day the chap turned up on time and did a great job. Polite courteous and tidy. Very pleased with every aspect. You are a great company and I would not hesitate to use you again or recommend you. Thank you”
