“I bokked two services with your company. The first service didn´t take place because the driver wasn´t waiting for me in the meeting point at the airport. I phoned three times to the contact number but nobody answered so I had to take another taxi. The second service was very good because the driver was punctual. This is the reason why I don´t rate the service as excellent”
