“Driver was a little late due to going wrong hotel initially. However he called to let us know he was on his way. The driver was smartly dressed and personable, apologising for slightly late pick up. His vehicle was very clean and comfortable and his driving smooth and assured. All in all would recommend Kiwi after this, first use of the company.”

“Transfer from Ekaterimburg to Chelyabinsk Airport went according to plan and in a timely fashion. The driver didnt know English but he communicated via Google Traslate and was successful.”

“Driver appeared on time, and generally speaking, he made his job well. The only a bit unpleasant thing I can point out is that he didn’t look like a professional driver... chew a gum (loudly) the whole way) seemed to be very tired and unfocused, although the time was not very late, around 23:50.”

“Return Journey was fine, no problems. You asked for our views on the first trip when we arrived in Thailand and we pointed out that there was no one waiting with a name board and we were left waiting at least 20 minutes for the driver. When I spoke on the phone to the driver he did not know which terminal we were at! You did respond to this stating that the GPS said he was there. All I would say is you asked for feedback, we were not looking to gain anything and we had no reason to not be honest. These comments were made so it would be corrected for your next customers. Also for the record our return Journey was 150 baht more.”
