“The weather was awful. Our driver was delayed & unnecessarily apologetic for the weather. He drove very cautiously in difficult condtions & we felt quite safe. Upon arrival at our destination, he took care to make sure we were at the correct destination, as the building number was obscured.”

“Driver was a little late due to going wrong hotel initially. However he called to let us know he was on his way. The driver was smartly dressed and personable, apologising for slightly late pick up. His vehicle was very clean and comfortable and his driving smooth and assured. All in all would recommend Kiwi after this, first use of the company.”

“We received multiple text messages providing telephone numbers to contact driver, Also the sign that the person would carry at the baggage claim exit. Contact was easy, and the person guided us to the waiting transport, which transported us to the hotel in reasonable time. Folks, avoid yellow taxi cabs in Istanbul as much as possible. Our experience with them was always bad.”
