Driver was a little late due to going wrong hotel initially. However he called to let us know he was on his way. The driver was smartly dressed and personable, apologising for slightly late pick up. His vehicle was very clean and comfortable and his driving smooth and assured. All in all would recommend Kiwi after this, first use of the company.
