“Очень хорошая организация встречи, пунктуальность, хорошие машины”

“We received multiple text messages providing telephone numbers to contact driver, Also the sign that the person would carry at the baggage claim exit. Contact was easy, and the person guided us to the waiting transport, which transported us to the hotel in reasonable time. Folks, avoid yellow taxi cabs in Istanbul as much as possible. Our experience with them was always bad.”

“When you book through this company you will have to pay more than real price. I booked airport pickup in Sri Lanka and the driver told me the real price for my journey and I was shocked as I've been charged about extra 30% to the real market price. I would never use this company again. Please search for country local companies site for your taxi booking .”

Helpful Report

“My experience with this company was of of very little professionalism. They provided a quote, agreed to a price for a service, requested and verified credit card details and when I contacted them regarding the wrong time they ad placed on the pick up slip they came back with a different quote which was inflated of 37%. When I asked for explanation they proceeded to cancel all my bookings leaving me with no service. They also guaranteed a phone number for a designated driver which never materialized. Be were of prepaying this service. I am now concerned regarding what they might have done with my credit card details.”
