“I felt communication let my experience down. I received initial communication confirming my order and explaining that the order was being made so there would be a wait but then 2 months later I hadn’t had any updates and didn't get a reply to my email and had to follow chasing emails days later. I also couldn’t see a phone number on your website or email signature so I started to panic the order wasn’t legitimate or had been lost. As customer communication is so high as standard now I felt this wasn’t a great experience for me especially as a designer who orders many pieces on behalf of my clients. Otherwise, the website and product is great. Hope that is helpful feedback.”
