“I have not received the item and I have emailed and had no response with regards to this”

Hi Alexandra, We have received no prior email from you on this issue. Checking your order this was dispatched with Royal Mail on the next working day as we promise, and I can see from the tracking that there was a failed delivery attempt. I can check with Royal Mail when this is due to be redelivered now we are aware of your issue. I am upset to see you felt it necessary to give a 1 star through no fault of our own. Thanks Lewis

“Product arrived damaged. Sent Kin several emails and left voicemails (they never answer the phone) to request replacement. No response in over a week so requested return via their website and still no response.”

“Notem MILO Weekly Planner Notebook - Light Grey Loved the cover design but was very disappointed when the item was delivered and it only contained 26 weeks and was undated. This wasn’t mentioned in the description, or clear in the images when purchasing on a phone.”
