“Good product, speedy delivery but one item was the wrong colour. Am imminently expecting a replacement, seems efficient customer service.”

“We bought the "leaf" floor lamp in grey. We already had the same lamp from another retailer in black so knew the product. Having searched the internet KIN had it on sale which gave a saving of approx £50 but this was partly reduced by the £15 shipping charge. The product I think is made in Denmark and unlike the other retailer KIN supplied it with standard UK style plug, so additional rating for attention to order detail.”

Hi Victoria, Thank you for your feedback - we use both Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 as standard, and they usually provide an estimated delivery timeframe and a text to notify you of this on the day of the delivery. I'm sorry if in this instance it didn't happen. Thanks Neil

Overall I was delighted with my purchase the only slight reservation I have is communicating only be e mail although I can understand the issues associated with having a telephone line for the smaller independents. “Happy with my products and delivery generally. Free Delivery is always an incentive though and would've made my decision to buy here vs competitor even quicker.”
