“Great quality prints, and good delivery. If you're going to frame yourself make sure you read the product info carefully as some prints come with text in the border which can cause an issue when selecting mounts. Otherwise good experience!”

“Very pleased with the print which I bought unframed as a gift. It was excellent quality & delivery was prompt. I had it framed privately in the same style as on your website which worked out quite a bit cheaper. If framing were less expensive I would have given 5 stars.”

“Overall very pleased. Delivery on time and quality very good. Just one niggle - the screwed-on picture hangers are not adjustable. It would be a great improvement if the hangers were adjustable and would more easily enable one to hang the picture exactly true, especially for the larger pictures which require drilling holes in the wall.”

“Very happy with product and customer service. Not as happy with delivery as it was sent with Parcel Force who sent it to the wrong distribution hub, so delivery was delayed. Product was very well packaged so It did arrive safe and sound in the end though.”

“1st The print is everything I was hoping it to be. 2nd I ordered it on 15/12/2020 with an actual despatch date of 28/12/20and finally received it 10/1/2021. I contacted the UPS help line for them to track package and magically a day late i started seeing new tracking. understanding the events surrounding this shipment in the world during this covid reality i will say all is well that ends with a picture on the wall”

“I understand it was difficult circumstances with COVID but my framed print ended up 2 days late and I think there could have been more communication about this (I had to contact King and McGaw to find out what was happening when it didn’t arrive as planned), but on the plus side the customer service person I dealt with whose name I think was Ellie was excellent and did all she could to expedite matters so therefore I will be giving King and McGaw another chance the next time I purchase a print.”

“We ordered 2 pictures before Christmas and only one arrived. They were quick to respond to our query. The second parcel arrived late due to Christmas demand. When the pictures arrived they were well packaged and looked fab.”
