The pictures are beautiful however I made some wrong choices which was quickly sorted with a phone call and the pictures were collected and refunded quickly . I have to stress that it was my wrong choice in art . I have been so happy with the professional service by King&McGaw and there huge choice of beautiful art. “I recently purchased my first two framed prints from this company after much deliberation over sizes, frame colours etc. My prints were delivered quickly and well packaged and I was really pleased with them. However, I realised that one was in a grey ash frame and one black. I checked my order and found that I had inadvertently ordered one in the wrong colour. I rang customer services and explained and how refreshing it was to be told it could be easily corrected. They arranged collection, reframing, with re-delivery all within a week and at no extra cost. I am extremely happy with my prints and the service I received. I will certainly order again so thank you very much.”
