“Service so good they even chase the Royal Mail for you!! I was very impressed with the quality of the experience working with King & McGaw. I made an error when ordering and shipped the item to USA - no problem - they fixed it and refunded witth no hassle. A reasonable price for the framed picture. A fairly quick preparation and dispatch. But most importantly Royal Mail Parcel Force kept claiming they had tried to deliver - even though I was in. This happens a lot and it's really annoying. They just can't be bothered to park and try. However, King & McGaw got onto them and ensured they did deliver. This was super service!”
