“Print came with a border which I wasn’t expecting but other than that great service with speedy delivery”

“King and McGaw provide a very efficient service. Prompt, quick delivery, good customer service. I recently returned a print as it was too dark and a refund was granted promptly. I ordered 2 more prints and whilst one is gorgeous the other one is again rather dark. I understand the difficulties regarding copying third party prints, but it's disappointing.”

“Ordered a print just before Christmas (18th) which had not arrived by the 23rd , advised K&M who sent out another which arrived 4th Jan. This is the only thing which slightly spoilt an otherwise pleasing purchase. Thanks to Amy for sorting this problem.”

“Wonderful print, very beautifully framed to a high quality and packaged safely. My only gripe was with poor delivery service from UPS, which (tbf) might have been to do with the Xmas rush period. Would certainly buy from King & McGraw again though”

“The quality of the framing is very high,the web site is very easy to use, yet it is a perfect tool to choose both frame and picture. Only rated four stars because on one of my many orders I received the wrong picture. However you are dealing with this straight away, and are very helpful. It has been Black Friday, hence the mistake.”

“The picture was of a very high quality, as was the frame. I am very happy with it. The only thing I would criticise is the delivery. Firstly, it costs £7 which I found extortionate, it almost put me off purchasing. Secondly, the delivery company used was UPS, and they were unable to give me an approximate delivery time, meaning that I couldn't go out all day for fear of missing it. So very happy with the product, delivery could be better.”
