“I always order from you as it always arrives on time !! The only thing as I have bought from you for 3 years now is the cost of the food and postage is creeping up and up. I know this is the times we live in but it’s becoming alot hard to pay for each time. Maybe look at giving loyal customers , like myself, discount off orders ? Just an idea :)”

“Order taking forever to arrive, not good customer service”

Thank you for your feedback and taking the time to let us know about your experience at Kimi's Pet Emporium. We apologize for any issues you have encountered such as your order taking too long to arrive and the lack of customer service. As an Anonymous review we cannot confirm but suspect that the delay in delivery was due to Royal Mail industrial Action at the time of delivery.
