“The item was exactly what I wanted, but was annoyed at how long it took to deliver, Almost a week is way to long”

Thank you for your feedback, and I am so sorry to hear that you were frustrated with the delivery time. Taking almost a week to arrive is definitely not the standard we aim for! To give you a bit of context, we have recently been experiencing some frustrating issues with late deliveries by Royal Mail, which has unfortunately caused delays for several of our customers. We are working closely with them to iron out these service issues and get parcels moving faster. We are so glad to hear that the item itself was exactly what you wanted, and we truly appreciate your patience with the delivery delay. If there is anything else we can do for you, please don't hesitate to reach out.
