“Many UK pet shops will not deliver to Northern Ireland or charge extortionate shipment fees. Kimis Pet Emporium was more than accommodating and provided a very reasonable and super quick delivery service.”

Helpful Report

“I ordered from Kimi's on the 2nd March and never got my order. I have repeatedly contacted them - no phone response, no email response, no chat response. I actually just want my order rather than a refund but am now at a point where I will have to go through my bank to get the refund issued.”

Helpful Report

“Ordered a dog bed and then a few days later just got the money refunded to my account - no explanation as to why but they obviously cancelled my order for whatever reason. Suppose I should be grateful they refunded me. Then get an email asking for a review. Rather weird.”
