“The item was exactly what I wanted, but was annoyed at how long it took to deliver, Almost a week is way to long”

To give you a bit of context, we have recently been experiencing some frustrating issues with late deliveries by Royal Mail, which has unfortunately caused delays for several of our customers. “Unfortunately supply for papaya dog treats are difficult to obtain so I couldn’t have them .they are essential as my dog is diabetic and they are needed for spesific dietary needs.therefore I can’t give you a full response”

“I was a little disappointed by lack of communication. No email to confirm purchase and payment. I rang as things seemed to be taking a while nice person on end of phone and explained something was out of stock, would of been nice to have had an email communication though to let me know the reason behind delay.”
