I ordered a food delivery on the 23rd March, to date I have not received it, three weeks ago I contacted Kimis to ask what has happened to my order, they apologised and promised to re-send the order. As of 24th May I have received nothing, absolutely appalling. I will never use this company again.

Toy arrived with a security tag on, e-mailed them and got a rude reply from the owner- shame!

The customer purchased a £6.99 Stuffing Free dog toy with squeakers in the tail and head. Due to the nature of the product and the relatively low cost of the item they do not have security tags fitted. We checked all of our stock and could not find any type of tags fitted to any of the remaining items in stock. We replied to the customers email once but did not receive any further correspondence. The email sent to the customer does not include a rude remarks . (See below) If the customer would like to forwarded on the email sent to them with any rude remarks we will fully investigate the problem. Dear ..... If you could please send us a photo of the security tag we will forward it onto the manufacturer. We will then send you a return form to send the item back for either an exchange or a refund. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Regards .....
