“Slight mishap with the dispatch so my scarf was lost. However, customer service was amazing in getting back to me and the problem was dealt with straight away.”

“The buttons were perfect except that they should have been fastened on with a metal pin and these weren't sent . Had to find another way .”

Hey William, Thanks for taking the time to review Kilt Society, I was a little sad to see you gave us 4 starts and wondered if there was anything we could do to get it to 5? I'm sorry to hear there was a delay in receiving your order. I can see we had your parcel sent out to you the day after you placed your order so it would seem there was a delay with the postal carrier. I'm glad you are happy with your Sgian Dubh in the end. “Well its my first time buying a kilt and to put one on, I found it heavier than I thought it would be and a wee bit too long as it needs to be half way on the knee area, pleats are well done, and kilt straps which attach to the buckles could have been of a thicker and better quality, "sorry about that". Delivery good and in time.”

Our Essential range are premade and the length is set to a standard 24" - although this may not work for everyone, we do offer custom kilts that can be made specifically to your measurements. We do offer returns and exchange if that was something you were looking for please get in touch. Maya

“Delivery: I picked up my order from their premises so can't rate the delivery. Purchase: sgian-dubh and kilt pins, I was worried as these items were cheaper than most places however I had three to purchase. I need not have worried as the sgian-dubh and the kilt pins exactly as there photo, very pleased would use them again.”

“I was happy with kilt society shopping experience, but I had to return the items as I had mistakenly thought that the kilt belt and buckle would fit my trousers. I apologise for my silly mistake, but I can say I will shop again with kilt society in the near future. Thanks again , yours Alexander Riach.”

“Excellent site that is fairly straight forward in navigation and use. Easy check out process. All products received were as expected with the exception of one item. The Kilt Pin arrived with glue and blemishes on the item, of which most was able to be removed and restored to acceptable presentation.”

“Hello, I still haven't received my parcel. Order KS-69942 I contacted "la poste" which is the french delivery and they don't know where it is. I put a claim on their service and they are investigating! I will receive an answer within 7days. However, as my need for the sporran is the 14th of September, and as I'm not confident on the" la poste after sale service", could you tell me what my other options are? Thank you Margaux & Geoffrey”

“Absolutely the best I could hope for! Ordering a vest & jacket for my wedding, from Scotland (I'm in the USA) was nerve racking. But Kilt Society provided a nicer product offering and great communications to let me know where my custom order was and when to expect it. When I received it I was delighted at the quality and the fit was PERFECT the only thing I could ask for is that the Jacket could have been folded better in the box, it required ironing - but I'm sure FedX tossed the box around while crossing the pond. I will be returning to Kilt Society for other Kilts and accessories and encourage my friends to do as well!”
