“quite fast delivery 2 remarks: 1) a bit a pitty that the set of the Persevere Weathered Brown Tartan 8 Yard Kilt isn't centered in the front apron 2) Allthough I ordered the same size for bth kilts does it seem that the plain black one is wider than the Persevere. Had to close it futrher”

“Great sporran, quickly delivered in good quality black leather. The fastening stud is a little tricky to shut with one hand but still a VG product.”

“I am very happy with the Dress Sporran that I brought, I did have a problem with attaching the Black Chrome Chainstrap to the sporran as the clip was welded too by the paint, I have been able to fix the problem, but it was easy, I have brought it too the attention to the company, finally the Chainstrap also doesn't come with a loop like most straps do!”

“The only complaint I would make is that I had paid for a fast track delivery only to find that my goods were laid up in a Manchester depot for 48 hours they arrived at Manchester at 0745 on sat morning and I got them 12.30 on the Monday and only an hour away from my location if I had know I could collected the myself otherwise good”

“My Anderson Tartan neck tie arrived in good time considering the order went through between Christmas and New Year. I am away from home at present but my wife assures me it is very good quality and I should be happy with my purchase when I do get home.”

“The trousers are great but I do not like the crunchy waistband stiffener. It feels as if there is wax paper inside; makes the trousers seem cheap. Can this be replaced please?”

“Bought Kilt Belt and Buckle as a surprise for my husband for Christmas,,, the products were great however the packaging came with Kilt Society written over it So was a giveaway to my husband when parcel arrived. Plain packaging would be preferred for anyone wanting to give a surprise gift!”

“The sporran we ordered was great, good quality and we are very happy. However, the website was not clear that a belt/chain would come with the sporran so I ordered one. We ended up with two belt/chains! Please change your website to make it clearer that this product comes with a chain.”

We do say that the sporran is "Complete with a one size chain strap," but I can see why that might be confused for a piece of advice. I'll be speaking to the team about making that clearer on the website! “Arrived on 12 december 2018, 16 days after my order. It seems you sent the goods to mail, but only leaves UK eleven days after?? All the goods arrived in good conditions (see my photos included). Thank you. JMartins”

Hi there Joaquim. Glad to hear your parcel has made it to you safely and in good condition. The postal service does get very hectic this time of year, especially during Black Friday weekend! It looks like it took longer than usual for Royal Mail to process your package which is why it took 11 days of transit between the parcel leaving our warehouse and leaving the UK. I the hat and scarf keeps you (or the recipient) warm! -Alyson
