I was overwhelmed because I had no clear way forward. Then I read about RANGEPRO.ORG in reviews online. Out of curiosity, I reached out. Their fast reply impressed me. MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE I reached out to RANGEPRO.ORG regarding a concern with my account, and their support team truly impressed me. They were quick to respond, clear in their communication, and efficient in resolving the situation. Everything was set right, and my funds were promptly returned. Exceptional service from start to finish.

Items have yet yo he delivered because they used an inferior delivery service … UPS … all they say is my packages are still in the pipeline without any explanation for the delay. Tried to call their international phone number, ended up with a person in the US who was totally clueless. The delivery carrier is incompetent and has no clue what customer service means. When you place an order, give a preference on the carrier service you would prefer.

Of 22 kilts and counting and having ties to 6 clans this Persevere moss navy is my favorite. The only drawback I have is that I couldn't have the length that I needed, so off to my tailor it went soon after it arrived. This is going to make for a great photo shoot. I have neckties, kilt hose and 4 kilt jackets waiting to be paired with this kilt. Great job Kilt Society. Slàinte mhath ❗ How wrong I was. This is the worst hanging kilt that I own Kilt Society won't divulge the maker's name. I bought something that's good for nothing. Don't waste your money on these so called kilts. Made in China, what do you expect?

Brought this for my son to wear at my wedding, I didn’t even get to do it up and it fell apart, was totally gutted

I can see you paid for our standard delivery which takes approx. 2-5 working days to be delivered. I've had a wee look at the tracking and can see your parcel arrived to you within 4 working days. Delivery was quick, but instead of my order of 3 small buttons I received 2 small and one large. Luckily I only needed 2!!!

I bought a pair of ghillie brogues from the Kilt Society, but did not wear them for two years and kept them in the box in which I bought them. I started wearing them in May of 2019, but after only seven days wearing them, the heel fell off one of them. I took them back to the shop in Leith and explained what had happened. Despite the fact that it was obvious they had had very little wear, they refused to replace or repair them or offer any form of refund. I'm thoroughly disgusted with this firm and would advise strongly against purchasing from them, as the brogues they sold me were thoroughly sub-standard, and they refused to recompense me.

Hi there, Really sorry that you're so disappointed with us, this isn't how we want customers to feel. As explained when you visited our studio, we do offer a very generous 60 day returns policy (most retailers offer up to 28) and as your purchase was almost 2 1/2 years ago this is well outside the 60 days. We will always do what we can to help customers where possible but did express our opinion that the brogues showed signs of being quite well worn, and although you stated they had been used on 7-8 occasions, we can't comment on how they had be worn to show such sign of use. Whilst we we're not in a position to offer you what you were looking for, we are sorry that you felt so unhappy about the situation.

I’ve bought many an item over the years from Kilt Society. Recently the brown leather day sporran and brown leather belt which equally match. A coat of ‘Kiwi’ brown parade gloss brought the leather to life. If you are looking for an inexpensive but quality leather sporran and belt then I would recommend both.

Plaid brooch took over a month to arrive and poor communication. On receipt it was different to advertisement and very dark instead of light pewter. I won’t be purchasing again
