“DO NOT USE ABSOLUTE LIARS, THEY TAKE THE £39.99 EVEN IF YOU CANCEL IN THE 3O DAY PERIOD. THEY SAY THEY SEND YOU REMINDER EMAILS NO THEY DONT. DONT NOT BUY!!!! I HAVE WRITTEN A LETTER OF A FORMAL COMPLAINT”

“Do not buy it is all a scam. I signed up for the £1 trial, cancelled my subscription and they still charge me £39.99. They said that they sent me emails to ask if I wanted to cancel or renew absolute liars - NO EMAILS RECEIVED. I have now written a letter of formal complaint. LOOKING AT LOTS OF OTHER REVIEWS THEY SEEM TO TAKE THE MONEY OUT EVEN IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN THE TIME FRAME AND REFUSE TO GIVE THE MONEY BACK!”

“I have used kidspass in the past so didn’t think to look at reviews when I subscribed to their £1 trial as it was easy to cancel. However this time they auto renewed even after I cancelled and charged £39.99! Pathetic- what a bunch of scam artists! Please do not subscribe. My account still shows active even though I have cancelled and have the reference to prove it!”

“DO NOT use kidpass they will charge you before your free trial expires then blame you for not checking their T and cs about cancelling well before the end date. Beware!!!!”

“I took out the £1 trial and cancelled within the month. I even checked the app when my month had expired and if said my account had been deactivated. I then noticed they'd taken the annual charge out of my account. I've emailed them and they've said I cant have a refund 😡 it looks as though this is happening regularly, how can they get away with it??”

“Do not use.I cancelled the membership as useless. I had tried to book the pleasure beach and they had no vouchers left. Then I went to book the odeon but it turned out cheaper to just go to odeon on the day and get tickets. But they still have taken 39.99 out of my account and refuse to refund me.”

“**Do Not Use This Company!** They will sign you up for 1 pound trial then when you cancel it they’ll charge you £39.99 for a year! They are preying on families who don’t have a lot of money to spend on things in the first place which is why they take up the £1 trial. Absolutely despicable, this company should be shut down.”

“My baby's seriously ill in hospital so I've forgot to cancel with my mind being else where but they still won't refund me. Horrible company the worst thing is there's nothing in my area i can do through this so I've never used it!! Absalout rubbish AVOID!!!!”

“Total scam. They know what they're doing and I've been caught out among many other people on here. Paid £1 for my trial, after realising there's nothing in my area included in the offers I cancelled it, well at least I thought I had. I clicked on the 'cancel my account' button thinking that was all I needed to do. No, you need to scroll down past the offers on the next page and click the cancel button again, then repeat that action on the following two pages. That's FOUR PAGES you need to press cancel on. I'm a busy mum, if I press a cancel button, that should be enough. I'll hold my hands up and admit I didn't check the next page well enough, but that's their cunning, scheming plan. IF A COMPANY HAS TO SCHEME TO GET YOUR MONEY THEN THEY'RE OBVIOUSLY NOT WORTH PAYING FOR. Obviously they won't give me my money back as they're thieving b******* and have the customer service to match it. Out of principle I'll be spreading the word far and wide to avoid this company.”

“O STARS! DO NOT USE KIDSPASS IT IS A CON! i signed up for 1 month for £1 to try. They then took the full £39.99 from my account and refuse to refund it saying I subscribed for a year. The offers are useless to my area and there are no real speail offers that you can't get from anywhere else for free! DO NOT USE KIDSPASS IT IS A CON!”

“I have evidence that they got my cancellation before the time and date. They completely ignore me and wants me to write a hand written letter to make it more complicated. Avoid avoid avoid! LittleBird family pass is waaaayyy better! I signed up with LittleBird the exact same time as Kidspass for £1 30 day trial and had to cancel. However, their offers are much better, user friendly website and no fuss about cancellation.”

“Really awful company. I think they are a bunch of con artists. Signed up to £1 trial. I'm sure I cancelled it well before the end of the trial but they still took £39.99 the other day. No arguing with them. They deny my cancellation. Just read other reviews and be aware. I have email confirmation that next year they will not take money again so I will be keeping an eye. I really really don't trust them. Think they need to send a journalist in undercover and I bet they'd see all sorts. The savings are actually rubbish anyway. No good where I live its a compkete con. Kids pass you must be making a fortune ripping people off.”

“Signed up for the months free trial but never used at all as not much savings on what i would have used it on . After believing i had cancelled membership 39.99 was debited from account. Customer service are refusing to refund as they say there are cost associated with my membership even though i have never used any discounts. Certainly wont be recommending !”
