BEWARE - as everyone says below Kids Pass is a complete scam. The positive reviews below are written by Kids Pass staff themselves as they all follow the same ‘money saving’ narrative, yet the tickets are cheaper to buy directly. We got caught by the auto renewal scam too. Customer service is non existent, they are comparative from the start. Their business model is basically to try and take as much money from people as possible and hope they don’t claim it back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

KIDSPASS - Beware of auto membership renewal - No prior notice of membership ending or that they were going to take the yearly fee. I thought I had cancelled as I had the ‘You currently have no saved cards’ which implies they are not able to take money from your account…but payments are taken and NO REFUND given. Cancellation is only done by email, no way to cancel via mobile app. Kidspass is a complete scam avoid at all costs! One of the dodgiest companies I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. AVOID… AVOID… AVOID.

Don't actually provide savings, cost me more than direct and the app won't allow you to update this so they're reporting false information as a result. Customer services are rude and refuse to accept my clear evidence of them having mis-sold a product. An absolute joke. Don't use

I never leave a review for any company but this I had to warn peeple , If I could give them -0 I would, there is no customer service you can call if you have any problems it’s all via Facebook messenger and email where they don’t respond. I purchased tickets and when booking on the site all shown at £0 and we have limited time in the area where the attraction is. So looks like it will be a dispute with my bank to try get my money back. Please save yourself the hassle and do not book with kidspass seem like a one man business from home. They can’t meet customer demands and service. Go with Groupon where it’s free no membership and just search google you’ll find better deals than this company offers.

In my opinion a complete con. The prices are no cheaper than booking through the actual website. I begrudge that this company have taken £1 from me under false pretences. For example, a hefty discount was promised on Warwick Castle. When I went to book, there was no discount whatsoever. Save your money.

You can get better deals/savings just by googling. The percentages quoted for savings don't add up to the actual amount you save.

Only had this for a week and already having problems. The theme park tickets are cheaper on the site, can’t buy any of the gift cards as there is a problem or they don’t do the shop anymore even though they have just sent me an email advertising it. Good job I didn’t pay for this card alone.

Just not true % off anything you saving a pound or two which is good and would add up but probs paying more to kids pass than u saving the percentages are all wrong and never get the amount off a ticket

This company are supposed to save families money, but do all they can to 'trick' people into renewing memberships and refuse to refund anyone who didn't want ro renew. They make money from making it really difficult to cancel your subscription, you have to email them, it's not available on the site. Never known such poor customer service, now making renewals annual so people unintentionally getting stung for £39.99 now instead of the monthly £2.99. Awful company, should be struck off.

Awful awful company. They deserve minus stars. I booked an attraction via their app for my sons Birthday in July... Nowhere in the booking process or on their app or in the T&C's did it mention a time limit as to when the tickets had to be used by. Anyway I went ahead and booked the tickets and upon receiving my confirmation email it states that I have 30 days to use the tickets! Absolutely useless to me. I tried taking to them but... Chocolate tea pot springs to mind! They completely lack any kind of empathy, customer sevice or people skills. They put all blame onto the attraction, even though I booked through them, using their app, their offer... Their logo plastered all over the web pages during the entire booking process 😂😂😂 not their fault apparently! They literally could not take an ounce of accountability, even after I screenshotted absolutely everything from their app and process where nothing, anywhere states they had to be used within 30 days 🤦🏻‍♀️honestly, beware of this con company run by rude monkeys.... My 7 year old son has better manners and people skills than this lot. I will be sure to use other companies in future... Even if I have to pay more, I'm happy to do that knowing I will receive even the standard level of customer service. Please train your staff better, it might do wonders for your current disgusting company 👍

Very disappointed. I knew that my subscription is ending, so I wanted to cancel it as frankly didn’t find it that useful through the year. I went to the app and couldn’t find it anywhere where I could cancel it. So thinking it is probably not automatic renewal, left it. A week after I notice the renewal money taken out of my bank account. No email saying this happened, nothing! I contacted customer service and I was told that i can cancel membership but not on the app, I have to do it via website. Nobody commented how should I have known this. Nobody said that I can get my money back. It seems like a scam, people being tricked and money taken with no confirmation. Disgusted really!

Fraud company. Be aware. Check all the reviews first before taking any subscription. There is no option of cancellation on the website or app. In terms and conditions, its written that the only way you can cancel is by writing them. Rubish. Scam.

Cheating company . Never used their scheme in last 15 months as they are useless and individual deals are much cheaper . Email comes as renew your membership at the end of the year. I don’t want to renew it and left it but monthly charges are deducted since then . No mention of cancel your membership if don’t want automatic renewal . Horrible customer services as you can’t talk to them . I would have given a score if -1000 if option available

They have took money out of my account despite my account being cancelled for a year. It is lucky I check my accounts. I have just blocked payment through my bank. Absolute scammers who take money without permission. Someone should really investigate them given these reviews.

Used in the past with success. However, I have cancelled my account (the account says 'Your plan was cancelled'!!) yet Kids Pass dispute this and continue to take money out each month! Ridiculous! Don't get sucked in!

Load of rubbish! Don't fall for the trail. All the offers can easily be found on Google. Will not let me cancel. The part of the website where you cancel doesn't work. Now been charged full price unable to cancel. Don't waste your money can't believe this app is aloud to still be running shocking
