Same as many others here.
Tried for £1, wasn't for me so I DID cancel online. However, they have charged me anyway for a full year a few weeks later.
I have contacted them and apparently my online cancellation 'did not go through properly, as I did not receive a follow-up cancellation email'
(how am I supposed to know this!!!). They are now refusing to refund a 2 day old membership that has not been used.
Keep well away!
