“I received this pack and was delighted! I expected the items to be a little bit bigger, but still happy. I'm hoping the kids at my son's party will be really happy with there bag. Delivery was brilliant too.”

“The service from Kids Party Time was excellent, telephone queries were answered and advice first class. The items we ordered, shown on theri website were true to type. Thank you Kid's Party Time However, it is a shame that their carrier HERMES let them down, if I was Scott I would seriously consider using another Courier. Shame on you Hermes.”

We only use Hermes for large free delivery orders and is used for less than 1% of our deliveries. Deliveries are made by Royal Mail and Parcelforce. Hermes did update their tracking info incorrectly but they did however deliver on the delivery date advised to you.
