“Order arrived in a heavily damaged box with one item missing. I sent an enquiry to the company the same day to ask that the missing item be sent asap. I have had no response at all (5 days later) and the party is tomorrow so I will have to make do without the missing item which is frustrating. The rest of the order is as described and the delivery was quick.”

We haven't received any email from you. We shut for summer the day before your order arrived and you would have got an out of office email reply immediately. We were then replying to any emails received as soon as we could whilst away.

“Disappointed to only get one ball for £3! My fault for ordering in a hurry and not realising it was a single ball, but did think that the information was misleading - a picture of multiple balls and statements like 'an assortment of colours will be sent'. Who wants a single ball? Better to sell them in packs.”

We're sorry to hear of your disappointment. We strive to make all the product descriptions accurate. The description of our "Bouncy Ball" product priced at 18p each does contain "One Supplied" in the first line. Where a product is available in different colours/designs we do try to show them all. We did try showing a single product previously but customers expected them to be all the same when ordering more than one.

“Arrived very promptly which was fab. Items were mostly lovely quality, but there were a couple of missing parts. I ordered some Easter decorations for a disco, and the ‘A’ was missing from the Happy Easter banner lol. I was also missing some sticks from a photo prop set.”

“Everything was great except the bubbles. The kids at the party were so disappointed to open the bubbles to find they couldn’t blow them as they had no bubble wand inside.”

“Children had a blast playing, but the food was a very big disappointment 👎 also it was a very hot day and the the slush machines had been switched off a hour and a half before closing time, telling the children no wasn’t easy, especially when one of the staff was zipping on a cup full of slush that she had poured hers minutes before I got to the till. But the staff on reception that day I couldn’t fault them and the lad that signed us in 👍🏻”

“Party bags and fillers were good. But quite disappointed with some of the balloons n particular a unicorn one which whilst blowing it up split right down the seam. Where also a lot smaller than expected.”

“Products were ok especially for the price however the balls were very small and the mask were too tight for my daughter's face. All in all I hope the kids at her party would like them. Thanks for keeping the products at an affordable rate. Will shop here again for the second daughter's birthday.”

“I paid for express delivery but the goods arrived beforehand therefore it may not be worth paying extra. The party bag items were ok, however, the balloons kept popping after we stuck them to the wall and the punch balloons kept popping whilst being blown up and whilst the kids were playing with them. I bought 16 punch balloons and at 20 mins into the party, there were only 11 balloons as the rest had popped. At the end of the party we only had 8 pinch balloons as the elastic bands from the others had broken off. Managed to make a game out of it but seemed like a waste of my money. I've bought punch balloons before at Asda and they seemed to be of better quality. Some of the UFO toys fell apart as the kids tried playing with them. Not sure I'll Be buying from you again.”

“the eymasks and the spinning tops were great, the mini move a square puzzles were very cheaply made and 2 out 12 fell to bits before they got as far as the halloween party bags, but you get what you pay or”

“The items we ordered arrived quickly and were well packaged. However they are a LOT smaller than we were expecting, I'm assuming this information would have been available on the site if you was to search for it, therefore I think it is important this information is checked before ordering so as not to make the same mistake.”

We have checked the descriptions of all the products you ordered and the size is stated on each product. The products are all of a size fit for small children and designed to fit inside standard sized children's party bags.
