The items I received were so much smaller than led to believe in pictures on website, fairly disappointed. Delivery was as stated.

You cannot tell the size of something from a picture unless the picture also contains something of a known size e.g Hand. This is why we put the size info in every product description. Now we have a 2 star review because you couldn't be bothered to read the product descriptions.

Although I cannot leave a review for something I never received, the communication from the seller started off well when a query of a delivery email was sent. I was replied to that he was on his honeymoon and that he wasn’t available but will look in to when he was back to which was totally understandable! Communication did come as promised but to a more ruder tone. Royal Mail had lost/put my delivery in a ‘safe place’ which apparently is what they do now, which is all good and well if they actually tell you where that is. As the customer this wasn’t my fault and for something the seller to take up with Royal Mail as I still never received my parcel and seemingly needed to justify myself for a refund. Refund was completed as confirmed eventually however impressions of who you are buying from and how the feel they can speak to you stick and I will remember that for any parties in the future

The delivery cost more than the item. Won't be ordering anything from here again!

The delivery charge will usually be higher than low cost single items. Overall each year since 2010 we have made a loss on postage and packaging.

Hi, Why didn't you call us! Your order was estmated for delivery yesterday. When we tracked your order, delivery was attempted on the 9th. We're sorry to hear about the items you bought being too small. We have checked the description of every item you bought and the size information is there and accurate. As always you can return any item for a full refund if not completely happy

We didn't expect a review to say your order hadn't arrived on the same day it was due to arrive before the end of the day. We have tracked your order though now we know you are chasing it and can advise it was delivered on the 24th. It is only fair that you remove your review.

I placed an order that allegedly arrived, I don't doubt that it was sent as I have had such good service before but when I challenged that the parcel had not been received and once investigated apparently had been left somewhere outside or with a neighbour... I didn't receive the items, I was offered a refund but needed the items so asked for them to be resent. A refund was provided and when I tried to make further contact as the items were still needed I received no response and unable to place an order so have been blocked. Im aware that people can be sneaky but this is not me. I agreed to pay for the additional postage for future orders to be signed for but yet I have been blocked from reordering. Very disappointing.

You told us your order hadn't arrived but the Royal Mail tracking indicated that it had been delivered. The tracking showed the scan location of your order - right outside your address. We asked you to check around your property and immediate neighbours but you seemed very "put out" by this request and got very defensive. ** We refunded straight away when you advised that you had checked. ** You offered to have further deliveries if signed for which we would normally agree to but because of the Pandemic nobody was taking signatures - this option was not possible. At the end of the day we are left with the loss and a bad review for having done all we could do.

Happy with only about half the items, unfortunately most items are very small, which wasn’t obvious in the pictures, so small I’d be embarrassed to put them in a party bag. I usually buy party bag fillers off other websites and they’re larger items. I was disappointed with this lot.

Unfortunately the quality of the bags were poor , which will prevent me from ordering again. The handles just split without any items in the bags

quick service, but faulty items received, glowing sticks not working and maze game without balls inside, tattoos not staying on skin, such a shame when kids open their loot bags at the party and find rubbish in it, you feel embarrassed

The parcel was addressed wrong so I received my parcel too late for the party. The invoice had the correct address on it (number 13) but the address label had the wrong address (number 15). Unfortunately number 15 were on holiday and the post office would not give us the parcel without the red card. I now have a box of useless things. Very disappointed.

The balloons and badge were fine but the party bahs and fillers wete Not value for money. V dissapointed to see the stuff. Had to buy all over again from somewhere else.

I know they were cheap but I was really disappointed with the quality of the little plastic scissors I purchased. I actually threw the items away as they were not fit for my intended purpose. They were also zig zag - which I don't think was clear on the description.
