“I paid for next delivery however we received the items two days after, which was less than helpful. The stuff came thrown in a box no order or care missing two packs of bubbles will not order again ...”

We're really sorry to hear that your order arrived early morning the day after it was supposed to. Royal Mail are usually very good but maybe the Black Friday glut of deliveries got the better of them on this occasion. We do endevour to pack up our products the best we can but hope you will agree that it is hard to make over 180 items look neat and tidy when packed - especially if they move about a bit on their way to you.
