“The party bags and decorations were all very good quality and the prompt replies from customer service were also excellent but unfortunately do not get the 5* as the delivery was just too slow. It has taken a week from the despatch email I received to get to me, I have always ordered from another company online and for the same cost in delivery would be with me in 3 working days!”

“Should have an 'Excellent' star for rating! More help than I could have imagined and absolutely beautiful bags and contents - we went for Disney theme as loved by all. Classy is the word I would use for the products - economic but certainly not nasty!! All goodies finished well and easily given to a very small child - the bags look and feel good quality - not sure how for they supply these goods for this money. I under-estimated numbers - called back and received immediate help for a further three to be sent! How good is that for service. Grand-daughter's birthday next - I will be back Thank you, Patricia Robson”
