“Product was ok but returned one some 15 days ago and still no refund. Not first time had difficulties with refund from this company.had to email several times previously to sort wrong refund on previous order. I feel this needs to to resolve as becoming quite an issue and makes one feel like not ordering or recommending to friends.”

“Ordered on the 3 for 2 offer but it didn’t work on the website so I was manually refunded the difference after some back and forth. Really like the weaning products, went back to order more it was buy 2 get 25% off this again didn’t work so I was told to order the same and get the difference refunded. Glad I didn’t as within 24 hours it had all gone to 50% off. Feeling like I overpaid and also had a faffy back and forth experience for it too in order to get the advertised prices.”

“The present still hasnt been delivered and the PO said they would tell when it was delivered. So the following questions are irrelevant. It is probably the PO fault as they have the item, but have not delivered it or told me were or when it will be delivered. This is the last thing I need at the moment, chasing up a birthday present. If its not delivered then I would like a refund please. The post office tracking is not working in this situation.”
