“Quick response and came out on Saturday morning. Did a temporary fix on the door before returning when suppliers was open to fully resolve kept up to date with what was happening.”

“Saunders sorted us out after we moved into a house with lots of lock issues! New gearboxes, handles and cylinders fitted wonderfully and with good advice. Would 100% recommend. A good fair price too.”

“Exellent service, came within a few hours. Sorted lock in the back door and also fixed our kitchen door. When we mentioned bedroom door didn’t shut he sorted that too at no extra cost.”

“Neville saved our bacon after our front door locked itself shut! Saved us the cost of a new door! Great communication - quick service and turnaround when he needed to order parts. A really pleasant and honest guy to deal with and wore a mask etc. which was very reassuring. thank you again!”

“We closed self-locking door with keys in back of it. Rang up and he came out so quickly . Got us back into the house so quick and easy, no mess, no breakage. Would definitely use again and will definitely recommend to others.”

“Jordan was our hero in a time of need, we had locked our self out of our car, Jordan was with us within 10 mins and worked super fast to get us into our vehicle as quick as he could. Jordan was very nice and polite and overall was a great display of customer service.”

“Called Morris in a bit of a panic Thursday evening as Id snapped my key in my front door. As it was locked he came the next day and fixed it in minutes. Easy payment, super friendly service. Would highly recommend.”
