“Purchased touch up paint quickly, only issue was it was very expensive for a very small quantity and no larger size available. During process of requesting a larger size the customer services adviser asked how old the furniture was, as if it was under 5 years they would replace FOC under warranty. After checking I found original receipt and found that it was in fact 4 years old! As a result they have agreed to send me a brand new set of furniture FOC which is on route at time of writing. Can't praise service high enough, a big thank you to all involved!!!”

“I emailed recently about a snapped support pole just underneath the seat on my kettler exercise bike, inquiring about the possibility of obtaining a replacement part. The exact part arrived today in the post, was easily fitted , and was up and running again, in minutes. I am surprised and delighted, in equal measure, at this exemplary commitment to customer care. Once again my sincere thanks to everyone for their help. I will ensure that any future bike I purchase, will be a Kettler, and will certainly encourage my family and friends to support such a dedicated and customer centred company.”

“I'd ordered an RHS garden bench, for which they made a generous discount; soon after, a very charming and helpful lady phoned to arrange a convenient delivery time. It duly arrived by TNT with further text messages to indicate the time slot. The bench arrived well packed in perfect condition, and my husband had no trouble assembling it. Having spent weeks doing research, I chose this bench as soon as I saw it via my RHS website; it is excellent quality and good value, looks great in my garden and I am one very happy gardener!”

“My Mum has had her Kettler for 15 years and it still looks new. I purchased one three years ago but rust appeared on the two seater bench. I contacted them and they have replaced the furniture without any question, as it is under warranty. The process was easy, all staff I dealt with were extremely helpful. Still one happy Kettle customer.”

“Since I ordered a replacement net a week ago, other than an email to say my payment had been authorised and this request to rate the service, I have heard nothing. Now looks like it won't be received in time for our garden party on Saturday. Very disappointing. Surprised I have been asked to rate the service before goods have received.”
