Fantastic well made products and super easy to assemble. The quality is fantastic. I bought a very large corner sofa and side table set, as well as two loungers. I wasn’t sure about purchasing the white aluminium set at first, but then decided that the cushions which were advertised as mouse grey, were more likely to go with my surroundings as I have a vast light coloured patio. The cushions, in fact, are exactly as I had been wanting - a pale warm stone/taupe colour and look so stylish. I already had a cover to protect it and just as well, as we’ve had some storms recently. I would recommend purchasing a cover. It’s still new, so I don’t know how well it’ll fare, but my guess is it’ll be very durable. It also arrived in a matter of days!

We have had the corner seats for several years now and needed a new cover which was easy to order and at a good price point which is appreciated as want to look after our initial investment and have guests enjoy and admire. Thank you

I have bought a Large Kettler Cora,Corner Sofa about 4 yeras ago , the legs have deterioratedand and rotted, the coffee table had to be replaced twice and the replacement has rotted and is now looks terrible. The first purchase was 2 large Cora chairs like the corner sofa ,quite large and comfortable , the legs have rotted and will need a joineer to replace . One of my last purchases was a 4 or 6 seater Cora table with 4 rope chairs, the table is twisted and seperating at every joint , the legs have rotted and will need repairing , my very last purchase of funriture was a kettler cora round side table , that has rotted and will require some soert of repair . The finish on all of this range is poor for outside furniture , all joints that are exposed seem to gape after a very short time . As you can see i have invested a lot of money into this range. On a positive side the cushions are easy to look after and are very generous and comfortable . I cover all my furniture up every year with double protection .

Some outdoor furniture products require at least annual refinishing, which was not clear at time of purchase. The products required to do this maintenance are only available from Kettler and not from normal (even Kettler) stockists. They are premium priced. Their on-line ordering system is well-nigh dysfunctional - slow dispatch, incomplete labelling causing delivery issues. Simple product took several attempts and several weeks for delivery. Neither Kettler nor its delivery agents actively monitor and progress delivery.

Bought items on line which was fine and delivery was scheduled. Missed the delivery as no time slot given on the day. Ch old not get hold of TNT / FEDEX to rearrange delivery do I think you need to look at that as the delivery let you down for me - otherwise excellent!

Great range of garden furniture, I bought the coloured oil to refresh the wood on the garden table & arms of the chairs. The oil worked really well, soaking in & restoring the wood to new.

You did ship me the incorrect Elba bench sofas - but the manner in which you have handled this has been first class - thank you. Outside of this all has been incredibly easy as well. Also the quality of the furniture has been first class - I was concerned about the installation but it was relatively easy.

I bought the 3 by 4 metre parasol. It is beautifully engineered. The only thing I don’t understand is the central speaker/light system. For me, it’s superfluous and would have preferred it to have been an optional extra. Also, it seems that you have to remove the system each time you close the parasol which is a faff. Overall, I am very happy with the product and am looking forward to some sun!

The Copper Pendant Patio Heater is made to a lovely quality but the power lead is too short and we now have to get an electrician to fix this problem.
