“Kettell installed windows and doors at my house . The experience from start to finish was excellent . I was offered a range of choices and was kept informed of the installation process . The installers were fantastic and competed the job to a very high standard . I would highly recommend Kettell.”

“Excellent from start to finish. Ben came over to quote, then we went to the open day, he helped us with lots of advice. It's great being able to see the products and colours before choosing. Installation team very friendly, efficient and tidy, despite awful weather. We did have to report a fairly large scratch in one of the windows, luckily this was outside GGF guidelines and has been replaced. (look up GGF guidelines before you purchase, I was not aware that some faults in glass are acceptable) All the guarantees and paperwork arrived as advised. Very happy customers.”

“Buying new windows from Kettell Windows has been an excellent, seamless experience from initial contact to fitting. A representative called to the house and listened to our requirements, nothing was too much trouble and we were presented with two options based on what we'd asked for. There was no pressure to sign up which was very refreshing. We were kept up to date about every stage, from survey to fitting. Our fitters arrived promptly and immediately set to work laying cloths to protect the property during fitting. The fitting team were friendly and approachable and worked hard to get the windows fitted in a timely fashion, clearing up after themselves as they progressed. Their attention to detail was excellent and we were given thorough instructions on how to operate the windows once fitted. We are delighted with our new windows ...... thank you. I'd recommend Kettell Windows without hesitation.”

“Kettell fitted bifold doors and replacement glass in an oak gable. We got good advice when selecting our doors and had the survey. The fitters were friendly and responded to any queries we had. The doors and windows look great and the fitters left everything clean and tidy. Thank you.”

“We went to Kettell when our door was broken by some local idiots. John was amazing help and talked us through all the options and advised us on doors that would avoid the same issue happening again. Very pleased with communication and would definitely recommend”

“From the moment we walked into the showroom to the day the fitting of our new windows and doors was completed, the team at Kettell's were fantastic. Kettells helped us choose the right windows and doors for our property and took care to ensure we were happy with our choice. Our property is an old-style stone cottage and Kettells took the time and care to ensure the fitting was perfect and appropriate for our 'character' building. Not a straightforward task! We used an interest-free finance facility which was easy to apply for and we were helped by Kettells at every stage of the application process. The team of fitters were highly professional. They arrived promptly on the pre-arranged day, cleared up at the end of each working day and consulted us throughout the fitting process to ensure we were satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FANTASTIC TEAM”

“I got several quotes from different well-reviewed companies to get two windows and a front door replaced in a property that I rent out. Kettell's price was competitive. I don't recall why I ended up deciding to go with them but I'm glad I did. They helped me out with a few bits and pieces of difficulties I was experiencing. And the quality of their work, their cleanliness, and the finished product were all excellent.”

“This has been my first experience with Kettell and my expectations have been exceeded! All staff I have encountered have been fantastic, professional and super helpful (big shout out to Ben, Andy and Jo!), thank you! My new window looks and feels amazing and of high quality. On fitting day, everything went to plan and my house was left very clean and tidy after! “We recently had all our windows and front door replaced. Ben in sales was great, so helpful in suggesting styles and took a lot of stress out of the decision making. The installation team of Will, Darren and Jack did a superb job with their attention to detail evident throughout the work. The price was competitive, so I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Kettell Windows.”

“FIrst Class Company. We would like to thank Ben in sales for quoting the work to our property. Front Door-Back Door-Patio Door,from start to finish his professional and friendly manner was outstanding. NO pressure selling. We had all New Doors fitted by Ben and Jack again, very professional. Nothing was too much trouble, clean and tidy, and very accommodating and friendly. We will be back for the windows in the coming months.
