We reached out to you right away but didn't receive a response at the time. When you replied last week, we worked to accommodate your request to hold the item until you could be home for delivery.
However, due to high demand, the last pairs were sold before we could reserve one for you. I know this situation has been less than ideal, and we truly apologise for any inconvenience caused. We’re happy to let you know that we’ve secured a pair for you, which will be sent out tomorrow via next-day delivery.
