After trying to find a email adress to get in touch with you my order arrived after 5 days but I had to ask about it think someone forgot to post out as I ever had any emails to let me know when was being delivered until I email it . But it arrived and I’m happy with the trainers

My experience has been very good. Delivery was quick and love the product however there was a slight issue with the stitching where it looks damaged and I have emailed but heard nothing back.

Communication after purchase was pretty poor. Understandably yous are very busy giving the time of year but on confirmation it stated delivery would be 2-3 Working days. I then had no contact from yourselves until i emailed on the Wednesday 3 working days later and i was then informed my trainers were being sent next day delivery. Very happy with my purchase overall but felt communication was pretty poor.

I would leave a good review. If I got the shoes. I paid extra for delivery so I got them next day. They never came and DPD the great delivery service it is tried to deliver them on Monday. What I missed because I was at work. So they took them to a locker and I'm meant to have got a pass code to get them out, but I never received any pass code so my shoe have been stuck in the locker for 4days now. And after ringing DPD 4 times and getting told different stuff and messed around on the 5th time off ringing they just turned Around and said there is nothing we can do and to contact you guy what I have done with no response yet. I know not your fault but this is not the 1st time I have had issues with buying off you and DPD messing up. So yer paid for shoe that are now stuck in a locker I can't get in to. I'm out off pocket and no shoes so great I guess. I have also email

Items as described extremely happy. However I Ordered two pairs of trainers which were sent out in two parts, unfortunately I didn’t receive a notification this would be the case or a reply when I asked where the 2nd pair of trainers were when I contacted the email address given or the social media platforms you guys have. Thankfully the 2nd pair were delivered (6 days) after the 1st pair even though I had paid for the express 1-2 day delivery

All good with the trainers however communication could be better. There is no contact telephone number and emails go unanswered for days. Trainers arrived from a third party seller which I wasn't expecting and the packaging wasn't the best but all ok otherwise.

We apologise for the delay in lack of response to your emails. We have looked into your order and found that our carrier, DPD, attempted delivery twice. A calling card was left with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel. We have been informed that the parcel is now on its way back to us. If you would like the order to be sent out again, please email returns@kershkicks.co.uk with your order number and confirmation of the delivery address. We will do our best to arrange for the delivery as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you within a reasonable time frame, we will issue a refund when the parcel is returned to us. Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Shoes have arrived after returning the originals. Not great communication (None) after returning the shoes, but they have now been delivered. I have therefore revised my initial review. If there was a telephone number for customers, it would definitely help.

2nd time going to KERSHKICKS Glasgow with my son, 1st experience was lot more welcoming than the 2nd, was a online collection 2nd time, was handed shoes that’s it, not a “do you want to try on or check them” ect nothing, think the 2 workers were to busy watching customers in the shop and getting payment from the customer before us which is totally understandable I guess, Great shop though.

Was overall good and simple but what was poor was the lack of customer support when an issue can about. Only available by email which ghosted me several times. I had to write an extremely negative Google review to grab the attention of customer support. Other than that good price and what was expected.

Firstly the trainers are beautiful as expected... however given the price really disappointed the box is damaged, which is important given they r a present..... I messaged via onstage however no response 😕

A surreal experience in truth. Ordered a pair of trainers, but received an odd pair, one of the trainer I had purchased and one of another random trainer. Sent them back and was refunded immediately for postage. Then had further correspondence that the trainers I had ordered had been checked and were sun damaged due to time spent on display, pictures received showed the extent of the damage, they were literally different colours. So requested a refund, then received news that a further pair had been found, and they were in perfect condition so I had these delivered . So eventually all worked out. went round the trees a few times. but eventually got there. These things do happen. and customer service throughout was excellent.
