shoes shipped a lot slower than advertised. poor customer service

Bought a pair of Jordan 4 sb pine greens as a gift for my son..took the payment and on the website just kept coming up order not fulfilled..emails and Instagram messages very slow on reply’s!!..my son went into the Glasgow and gave them my order..turns out the shoes they had where faulty and they had just sold the other size 8..which I thought should have been a replacement to the ones I’ve paid for..they never told me any of this on email or insta..great costumer service from glasgow store informing my son of what was going on…I got a email saying the trainers would be next day delivery and fee was waved came 2 days later..ask for a trainer key ring as a good gesture for my son told no probs never received it..tbh really dissapionted on the way it all went with kershkicks

Item arrived with no tags and rolled up in a ball, poor presentation and leads me to question if the tee was pre owned when advertised as new

A lot of confusion I was told my trainers had been dispatched on 3 different days. I paid for express delivery but they took a week. After chasing it up I was given the wrong DPD tracking number and told I would be refunded for the shipping but that never happened. Trainer wise they are very nice and my daughter really likes them its just a shame all the stress trying to sort everything out. I don’t want to add any photos of emails/ social media messages but I just feel it needs tidying up with online sales as I’ve heard the in store service is brilliant.

Shoes were a bit of a mess, pen marks on them a lot of excess glue, which I can understand isn’t your fault but you wouldn’t be happy to receive a pair like this at the price you’re paying from the shop or online

Paid for next day delivery and it took 7 days from day of transaction to arrive, I also still have not received a receipt for my purchase

I ordered on a Friday before 11am paid £15 for next day delivery didn’t receive until Tuesday which was when we were in holiday , returned from holiday to find wrong size was sent , not happy at all

Overall pretty disappointing experience unfortunately. Shoes arrived in great time but had some concerns once they arrived. Compared to other shoes bought straight from the manufacturer this pair from Kersh kicks I believed to be fakes. After emailing and dm’ing via Ig my concerns were ignored with zero response. I took the shoes into store and the guys there were helpful but seemed adamant the shoes were legit. in the end I got a full refund due to my concerns. I went and double checked afterwards and sourced a pair of the exact same shoes I bought from Kersh Kicks but from a friend who got theirs from the original retailer. I know now for sure the product I bought from kersh was not legit which is a real shame. Glad I went into store and got this sorted with not much hassle but the customer service is definitely hit and miss.

Order Nike Dunk trainers, paid extra for 1/2 day delivery £9, Trainers did not arrive till 4 days later!!! Emailed to query and was told they on their way? Emailed again several times to no reply!!! Poor service , disappointed to no reply no offer refund of delivery!!

Twice I’ve had trainers from your company and both times they’ve come in battered broken boxed and the first pair looked worn, tried to get in touch through Instagram as that’s what it tells you to do but both time I had no reply, bit disappointing for the price of the trainers

Your website said you had stock in the size I wanted, the order was placed by the following day I got a text to say there was an error and you didn't have the size I wanted. So I took a full refund and ordered from another site.

Trainers were alright unfortunately the original package was damaged and then the Jordan’s box was so badly damaged it fell to pieces when opened
