“I love my purchase but I have have bought 3 labubu's now and the bigger one I bought box was damaged yet again! I have just ordered another big labubu please please use bubble wrapping if it comes damaged it affects the value of the collection. I'm spending a lot of money on these collections so please box it up properly and put bubble wrapping in box. I JUST SPENT £400 ON A LUBUBU!”

“The shoes are very good but I would recommend your team to clean the shoes from the kershkicked section as some of us might not be experienced on what to do and we might dammage the shoe. Perfect delivery”
