“Ordered some rammellzee dunks. Delivery time was reasonably quick given it’s Xmas period. The box unfortunately arrived damaged, most likely in transit due to the poor packing in my opinion. If I’m paying over £300 for a pair on trainers I’d at the very least expect some bubble/air pocket wrapping instead of the flimsy piece of brown paper used to protect the box.
QC on the dunks wasn’t great either tbh, a lot of glue stains visible but that isn’t the shops fault I guess. Overall Im satisfied but the but the experience could have been better.”

“Ordered some Ugg tazz slippers.. they came and were too small so I want to exchange for a bigger size and they are trying to charge me £35 to exchange from a size 4 to a size 5? When I ordered the size 5 were the same price as the size 4? So surly the original price should be honoured? It’s not my fault that the sizes are really off. “Struggled to find these trainers with being Christmas with out paying an extortionate price.
I order these and I was happy to pay the price of them and the service was excellent. I did click and collect and they was there when they said they would be. On collection the staff were really friendly and the shop is well stocked and fresh.

“Communication after purchase was pretty poor. Understandably yous are very busy giving the time of year but on confirmation it stated delivery would be 2-3 Working days. I then had no contact from yourselves until i emailed on the Wednesday 3 working days later and i was then informed my trainers were being sent next day delivery. Very happy with my purchase overall but felt communication was pretty poor.”
