“Claire is a magician! I love the way she cuts my hair I’m always super pleased with the results. Claire is also an amazing colourist. She takes time to explore lots of options, go through colours and discuss ease of maintenance. I can’t recommend Claire enough and all the team at Kelly’s!! Book an appointment you won’t be disappointed!!!”

“Not good. As a shorter customer the washing basins don't cater for me. Why not? There should be a satisfactory solution in place so that I can be comfortable whilst my hair is being washed, not perched on a folded up coat.”

We understand that it is important for all our clients to be comfortable when they are getting their hair washed. Could you please tell us how we can make sure you get comfortable next time you visit? I will also make sure my colleagues offer you the additional seat which we do have in the salon that helps to boost the seat up higher enabling a more comfortable hair wash, maybe you would like to try this on your next visit. “Ive been using Anne"s for years she had trained most of those in hair now around. Kelly continues tat now and does a fine job for a man anyway so try her out cut or treatment all very neat and professional”

“In my opinion this is the best hairdresser in Oxford. Expert consultation and fantastic results blending my grey hair and making it look the bomb... Kelly really knows her stuff! “I’ve had my hair washed cut and styled twice by Courtney & once by Melissa. Both did wonders with my hair. The salon is friendly with a warm atmosphere. I had a £10 voucher sent to me for my next visit - what’s not to like! Thank you🌸✂️🌸”

“Had a great haircut from Claire! I was so happy that she listened to what I actually wanted, which was to put in layers to accentuate my natural waves/curls, and give my hair lots of movement. That is a nice contrast to some other stylists I have had, who have sometimes seemed determined to flatten my curls into some sort of structural shape with lots of hairspray, against my wishes - but not Claire! Thanks Claire!”

“Anne worked her usual magic and somehow managed to work around a very inquisitive baby and stay her cheerful self. A few days later, Kelly performed wonders with a blow dry for a special occasion. Hair stayed looking great throughout the day and evening despite the damp atmosphere!”

“A cut and blow dry should be a simple thing, but at so many other places Ive come away with a cut that is an inch or more out from what I asked for, with layers in places that hadn’t been discussed, or blow dried out into insane volumes when I asked for a smooth finish.Not Kelly’s! I had my hair cut by Courtney as the most wallet friendly appointment on the day, but it was exactly what I asked for. Plus, I’m pretty introverted, but she chatted through the whole appointment and made me feel really at ease. 100% would recommend ❤️”
